Greetings I am Elizabeth Roman, CEO of Elizabeth Permanent Cosmetics, serving 26 years of experience and expertise in this field of micropigmentation. I am a highly qualified professional who will train and educate you to excel in this industry and avoid those common mistakes that i have learned only throughout the years with experience. Our main goal in our workshop is to offer our students, with an intensive education covering all aspects that corresponds to this potentially growing career for guaranteed business success to boost your knowledge, skill and confidence and financial freedom. Graduating students will be confident and proficient in performing eyebrows, eyeliner and lipliner.

  We offer fewer classes for our students as we feel it is conducive to learning and mastering both the practical and theoretical aspect of their training. The selective curriculum course preparation includes basic training for reading materials and products used for hands on practice. You will need to bring your own model for practice a can be a friend or family member. 

   While Florida does not require a state exam for permanent makeup, students must be certified upon completion for this course. You will be presented with a diploma and walked through registering with the state of Florida to obtain your Tattoo license registration with the Health Department, and get you started in this rewarding career.

To reserve your spot, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required, Balance is then due on the day of the class. Please make sure you are committed to taking the class prior to signing up. Florida Health Regulations For Tattooing

Microblading/Permanent Cosmetics is considered as a form of tattooing in the state of Florida.   The practice of tattooing in Florida requires licensure as a tattoo artist and must occur in a licensed tattoo establishment.  A Tattoo Artist License requires submission of the following to the local County Health Department having jurisdiction of the tattooing program where you live:
  • Completed Application for Tattoo Artist License
    • The Application must be completed with the name of the licensed tattoo establishment where the tattoo artist will perform tattooing or intends to perform tattooing.
    • $60 state fee - Additional local county fees may apply.  Contact the County Health Department where you live.
  • Copy of government-issued photo ID proving 18 years of age or older.
  • Certificate of Completion of a Department approved  bloodborne pathogens and communicable diseases course. (click link to access approved providers of the course;minimum of 70% score required)
Minors of the age 16 through 17 may get a tattoo in the state of Florida as long as:
  • The minor child is accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian;
  • The minor child and his or her parent or legal guardian each submit proof of his or her identity by producing a government-issued photo identification.  If the photo identification for the minor does not show a birth date, a copy of the minor's birth certificate is required;
  • The parent or legal guardian submits his or her written notarized consent in the format prescribed by the department
  • The parent or legal guardian submits proof that he or she is the parent or legal guardian of the minor child.

Eyeliner Training Course

Permanent eyeliners are growing in demand! This training will cover eyeliner design in 3 styles: eyelash enhancement, fine liner, and heavy liner with a wing. Eyeliner training will prepare students to create quality work and a solid foundation for their skill and career. We supply all the tools and material for our classes. Practice will be done using 3D materials and using a live model.

Eyelash Training Course

Our program places special emphasis on theory, the science behind the procedure, safety, and advanced techniques that are guaranteed to produce longer-lasting lash applications.The beauty and health professionals that attend our workshop receives the highest value training.

Each state provides its own Eyelash Extension regulations. The Board of Cosmetology is responsible for providing guidance for Eyelash Extension artists working in each individual state. Before registering for Eyelash Lash training and/or applying eyelash extensions, it is incumbent upon you to know and abide by the laws of your state regarding eyelash extensions. Please be advised that every state has its own unique regulations. In the state of Florida, you are not required to have a special eyelash extensions license however the board of Cosmetology does require a Lash Artist to have one of the following state licenses: Facialist (Esthetician), Cosmetologist, Full Specialist or a Medical License (including RN). After receiving the Eye Lash Certificate of Completion you will be required to obtain one of the state-regulated licenses stated above before you can work professionally in the state of Florida. Elizabeth Permanent Cosmetics Certificate of Completion does not permit performing eyelash extensions professionally until one of the above-stated licenses is obtained. According to the Florida department of professional regulations, a person can obtain a Facialist (Esthetician) license without a GED as long as they have reached the age of 16 years old.

Course Tuition Fees

Deposit Fee: A deposit of $20% down payment is non- refundable must be paid to reserve your appointment date and time. The deposit will then be credited towards the procedure total. Full tuition is due on the date your class starts. No show-ups: Once the deposit is collected is not refundable if any class is canceled  by the student. We reserved the right to keep the deposit.  An additional deposit will then be required for the No show ups to Re-book the same class. Tuition Fee: Tuition for Elizabeth Permanent Cosmetics Inc.  Is nonrefundable and non transferable. We request a minimum of 1 week of notice for necessary for rescheduling. Tuition will be credited towards the next available date of the same class. No refunds at no exception on the 20% deposits collected for the down payment, If you cancel your training course. Elizabeth Permanent Cosmetics Inc. Reserves the right to change or reschedule any class if it becomes necessary. New class schedule will be updated for students. These changes will not affect tuition deposit or fee and no refunds will be provided due to any of these changes.
